The workshop offers 5 sessions of interactive discussions with practical outdoor shooting where the photographer is challenged with real live situations. While the digital photographer has the advantage of being to shoot a multiple of 'practice' shots, both film and digital SLR cameras are suitable for this workshop.
This hands-on workshop is designed for photographers who would like to learn how to handle their cameras in challenging light situations and continue to improve their skills in real 'live' shooting experience
Among the topics covered are :
- Practical and better understanding about exposures and how to confront them in real life situations.
- Field composition techniques.
- Learning to "see" through the camera.
- Effective techniques to add more “life” to your images.
- Working with available and challenging light conditions.
- Use of external or built in flash units as fill-lighting.
- Group sharing and discussion of selected images.
Dates and time*
- Wednesday evening. 18th April 2012. 2nd May and 9th May. 7pm - 10pm. (No workshop on 25th April)
- 2 sessions Saturday & Sunday afternoon - practical outdoor shooting. Saturday 21st April and Sunday 6th May 2012. 1pm-4pm (No workshop 28th April).
